Queensland and New South Wales grain growers interested in travelling to learn about new research or advances in farming technology are encouraged to apply for Grains Research Development Corporation funding support.
Applications have now opened for GRDC funding support for group study tours at both domestic and international level.
Support is available on a competitive basis within each GRDC region for farming groups.
Applications should demonstrate a clear learning objective and hypothesis, identify where GRDC-supported research can be accessed by the tour, and have an effective communication plan to share the tour learnings among their local and wider grower community.
The offer is available through the GRDC Grower and Adviser Development Program, which provides support for growers interested in the above areas of development.
Applications close this Friday 11 November. For more information, visit: https://grdc.com.au/Apply/Grower-and-Adviser-Development
