What does registering as a GRDC website user allow me to do?

Creating a GRDC website account allows you to update your contact details with GRDC, manage your subscriptions, submit your grains-industry-related events to Events section of the GRDC website and comment on articles on the GRDC website.

Why do you need my contact details?

Providing your full and correct contact details will assist us in ensuring that you receive the information you want in the format you want it.

I’ve just registered for an account, but now I can’t log in!

Before your account can be activated, you must first verify your email address by clicking the link in the verification email. If you have not received this email, please check your Spam folder, as your email provider may have filed it incorrectly. If you cannot find your verification email, please contact us at webmaster@grdc.com.au for further assistance.

How do I reset my password?

Please visit our Forgotten password page to have a randomised, temporary password sent to your registered email address.

I keep getting a “Unknown user details” error.

If our records show that there are no GRDC accounts with the email address you have provided, please check that you have registered and verified a GRDC website account, or email webmaster@grdc.com.au for further assistance.
