Strategic Fit to RD&E Priorities
The GRDC provides scholarships to encourage training in disciplines that contribute to the Corporations research, development and extension priorities. Scholarship applications should be consistent with the deliverables and strategies outlined in the GRDC Strategic Research and Development Plan 2012-17, which highlights that the GRDC invests to achieve new information and products that enhance the productivity, competitiveness and environmental sustainability of Australian grain growers, industry and the community.
Applications and Reporting Information
The GRDC invites and assesses applications once a year. The application closing date is end of October each calendar year, for full time study commencing in Semester 1 of the following year. Scholarship applications will be assessed in November with applicants to be notified by mid-December.
