The Form B Statement (the template for this statement can be downloaded from this page, below - Form B) is the statement of receipts and expenditure to be prepared by the Researcher, setting out, on an accrual basis, its annual receipts and expenditure for the Project, which must be in the form prescribed from time to time by the Corporation and available on this webpage.
Form Bs must be certified to be true and correct by “an Accountant” (that is, a person who is registered as an auditor under the Corporations Law, or a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia or CPA Australia).
A completed Form B should be forwarded to the GRDC at the following address:

An electronic copy is also required and must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the Corporation does not receive both a satisfactory Final Report and the final Form B Statement within 3 months of the end of the Project Term, the Corporation will not be obliged to pay the Researcher the amount.
