Drawing upon their extensive experience in leadership and performance and resilience within the agricultural sector, Jill and Don will deliver an engaging workshop tailored for individuals in the early stages of their agricultural careers.

The workshop will focus on the following key areas:

  • Leadership Communication and strong relationships
  • Generating agreement
  • Maintaining energy and resilience.

The sessions will be interactive, encouraging active participation from attendees. The day will also include a panel of experienced professionals from the CCA network to provide valuable feedback and advice. Morning tea, lunch & afternoon tea provided.
