The 2018 theme is: Abundance in an Era of Scarcity? Challenges and Opportunities for Australasian Agriculture, Environment, Food, Resources and Agribusiness. Each year the conference aims to highlight the latest economic research and policy innovations in the areas of agriculture, environment, food, resource and agribusiness. The 2018 conference will offer a forum for applied and theoretical economists to gather along with industry and policymakers to share experiences and draw insights. We will learn ways to create opportunities to achieve rising and shared prosperity while better managing the natural environment in our region and beyond. We welcome registrations from researchers (including inter- or cross- disciplinary teams) and from policy makers and practitioners.
