Staying informed has become easier with the unveiling of a full suite of Grains Research and Development Corporation (GRDC) audio podcasts designed for grain growers in Western Australia.
GRDC’s long running weekly program Driving Agronomy, which features interviews with top researchers, agronomists and advisers, is now joined by additional podcasts.
- Ground Cover Radio is an audio version of the popular GRDC magazine Ground Cover. This podcast features about 30 stories sourced from the most recent edition and is available about the same time as the newspaper hits mail boxes.
- Ground Cover Western Region Weekly Updates are in addition to bimonthly Ground Cover Radio. The updates focus on grain-related events coming up in WA, what is making news, and a regionally focused feature interview.
If you have an iPhone or iPad just go to iTunes and search for GRDC. You will find all of the podcasts listed and it is simple to subscribe to the ones that interest you the most.
If you prefer to use a different podcast player, such as if you have an Android™ phone or tablet, visit www.grdc.com.au/podcasts for information on how to subscribe to the podcasts.
Podcasts allow you to make the best use of the time that you spend in your utility or farm machinery. Simply plug, play and listen.
