Grain storage advice for growers in central grainbelt

Central grainbelt growers keen to improve their on-farm grain storage systems are invited to attend local workshops in April.

Grain storage expert Ben White, of the Kondinin Group, will present and take questions at the following events supported by the Grains Research and Development Corporation (GRDC):

  • April 6 (Sunday) - Mundaring (Mahogany Creek Tavern) – Grain storage facilities and controlling weevils;
  • April 7 - Dowerin (recreation centre) - ‘Seed quality in storage’ - Find out the best way to keep your silos free of insects and what to do if you find them.
