Grain storage advice for northern grainbelt
Author: Natalie Lee | Date: 18 Feb 2014
What do you do if you find insects in your grain and how do you prevent this from happening in the first place?
Growers in Western Australia’s northern grainbelt can learn about insect control methods in grain storage during a presentation by grain storage expert Ben White, of the Kondinin Group.
His ‘grain storage monitoring and control’ talk will be among a range of cropping issues discussed at the Mingenew Irwin Group Regional Crop Update, supported by the Grains Research and Development Corporation (GRDC) and Department of Agriculture and Food (DAFWA).
More information about Mr White’s presentation is available at www.grdc.com.au/GrainStorage-weevils-MIG
The Mingenew Irwin Group Regional Crop Update will be held at the Mingenew Sports Club on March 6.
