Western Australian growers can tune in to the latest grains research information while driving the header or truck at harvest time.

The Grains Research and Development Corporation (GRDC) western region 2014 Driving Agronomy audio compact disc (CD) was included in the November-December edition of the GRDC magazine Ground Cover, which was recently mailed to growers.

GRDC western regional panel chairman Peter Roberts provides an update on the CD about local grains research and leading researchers talk on topics including liming; non-wetting forest gravels; early sowing; herbicide resistance; abiotic stresses; canopy management and row spacing; perennial wheat; microbial ‘friends’; nematodes; yellow spot; and barley disease.

To subscribe to Ground Cover, visit www.grdc.com.au. GRDC audio podcasts and instructions on how to subscribe to them are available at www.grdc.com.au/podcasts.
