- All ears newsletter - Issue 37 Published: 01 Dec 2018 It’s that time of the year when the finish line is in sight for many growers harvesting crops and they can hopefully look forward to a well-earned break over the festive period. I wish all of you a very happy Christmas and a prosperous New Year, and look forward to seeing many of you in 2019.
- All ears newsletter - Issue 38 Published: 01 Feb 2019 February is packed full of informative and engaging opportunities for growers, advisers, agronomists, researchers and others involved in the Western Australian grains industry.
- All ears newsletter - Issue 39 Published: 01 Apr 2019 I enjoyed catching up with many of you at GRDC Grains Research and Farm Business Updates earlier this year. These are flagship events for the GRDC and key ways in which new information is delivered - the majority of which can be applied directly on farm to boost grower profitability. About 1200 growers, advisers, researchers and industry representatives attended the GRDC events, and more than 500 people attended grower group Updates supported by the GRDC.
- All ears newsletter - Issue 40 Published: 14 Jun 2019 It has been a dry and challenging seeding period for many Western Australian grain growers, and it has also been a difficult time, on the whole, for those producers who run sheep. A lack of subsoil moisture in most areas has exacerbated the impact of the lack of rainfall. Here’s hoping the rest of the season is more favourable and that the rain starts falling more regularly and in greater amounts.
