This guide helps growers identify and understand some of the most commonly seen predators, parasitoids and pathogens of grain crops in the northern region. Beneficial organisms include natural enemies of pest species, pollinators and nutrient cyclers. Being able to identify these organisms in a grain crop is the first step to integrating them into management decisions.
