GRDC is investing $36M over five years between 2023 and 2027 in Analytics for the Australian Grains Industry (AAGI). AAGI has three Strategic Partner universities: Curtin University, University of Queensland, and University of Adelaide.
AAGI's mission is to use analytics on grains data to help Australian grain growers to be more profitable and globally competitive. It will do this by delivering grower-facing analytics technologies and improving RD&E outcomes.
AAGI has significant co-investment. AAGI will leverage Partner co-investment and seek to attract additional IP, funds, and expertise from the commercial sector and other third parties to help achieve its mission.
