Corporate governance and reporting

We were established under the Primary Industries Research and Development (PIRD) Act 1989 and are subject to the requirements of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act (PGPA) 2013.

Our board has overall responsibility for our corporate governance and places high value on continuously improving our performance. We regularly review our governance processes to test that they are consistent with modern best practice approaches to governance.
