Every year GRDC produces 16 regional harvest reports as part of the National Variety Trials (NVT) program. The harvest reports provide the latest independent varietal information on yield, quality, and disease ratings, from the program as soon as possible after release. The reports contain the previous five years of results for every trial within each of the regions. The information is presented at a local site level to support grower and adviser decision making on variety selection in their local region.

The harvest reports are designed to complement NVT state-based sowing guides which are published prior to harvest. They ensure that growers and advisers have access to the latest results from the NVT to help them make informed varietal decisions for their situation

This investment supports the data collation for the regional harvest reports for 2023 and 2024 and is done in collaboration with SE Knights Consulting.
