How to apply

All applications must be submitted via the Grains Investment Portal. To access the portal, you must first register as a user.

The Grains Investment Portal is also a tool:

  • to learn about open tenders (in addition to this website), and
  • for successful applicants to submit milestone reports and invoices.

To receive notification of new tender opportunities, subscribe to GRDC communications and under ‘Request for tenders’ select the relevant region(s) (Northern, Southern and Western).

Before you begin

We are subject to the Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs) under the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (PGPA Act).

We are required to ensure that we spend public money in the most efficient, effective, ethical and economical manner. Potential contractors need to be aware of the processes, terms and conditions that govern GRDC’s procurement processes.
