This fact sheet is for growers and farm businesses employing staff for the first time. It explains how to set up a good employer/employee relationship during recruitment and induction.

- Prepare for the interview process. Include a list of key requirements and questions to share with each applicant.
- Explain the total salary package including cash and non-cash benefits with job applicants. Include information about superannuation contributions.
