The workshop will provide insight into top performing grain businesses and how to integrate technical data with farm management to assist in more proficient decision making.

The information presented will draw upon the results of a 3-year national project funded by the GRDC, as well as some long-term findings from a number of large regionally specific farm benchmarking groups across Eastern Australia.

Growers will learn about key profit drivers and performance indicators, while gaining an understanding of the framework that helps build resilient and profitable businesses for the long term. There will be an element of practical thinking helping to tailor the information delivered to be more district and business specific.
